Rusted E-11

Many people attempt to reskin guns, and in my opinion only a few stand out. Thankfully, this happens to be one of them.

Phoenix has set out to make a better-looking E-11 skin for JK2. While the one provided by Raven does its job, you have to admit it is quite bland looking. Perhaps too bland looking, and so this author decided to give it a rustier, better feel. In my opinion, he completely succeeds.

Many gun reskins aren’t quite worth a second look, but this one will likely hold its place in my base folder for a while. While the skin isn’t as “rusted” as Phoenix may have intended, it is still quite a bit more detailed. It simply looks better, and gives it a more “exciting” look. Frankly, when I see a stormtrooper coming with this one, I run. Of course, that’s just me. :-P

If you are looking for something new, or perhaps even just for a bit of “eyecandy” while playing JKA, this is exactly what you want.

As an added note, the screenshot on the left has the older E-11 on the left, with the rusted one on the right. The second screenshot has the rusted E-11 on the top and "dulled" E-11 on the bottom.
