Enhances/changes saber effects when slashing. When saber is waved/used, it releases a motion effect of "Death Skulls." More like an eyecandy for Dark/Death enthusiasts.
Add's that touch of evilness alot of us like to use in the game. Now people can not only feel the evil, but they can see it too.
