One of the human custom models that isn’t skinned too often is Emperor Palpetine. Most people tend to just go straight for the reborn, completely forgetting that the Emperor is even out there. Fortunately, the people who DO reskin it usually do a good job. This is the case here.
What we have is a reskinned Palpetine with some green stuff on his robes. This is quite a simple thing, but it looks really nice. It definitely stands out as a skin for someone who uses a green or blue saber, or who just likes weird and cool designs. This is probably one of the better “simple” skins I have seen in a while.
The skin features a fairly… er, effortless team support, however. While it’s certainly a step up from nothing, the author just recycled the same skins for team support. So, sure, you can use it in a CTF, but it would look exactly the same as using it in a FFA. This is great, until someone on the other team has the same skin. :-\
The skin DOES feature custom sounds, although I suspect they are just from the Palpetine model. Most of them are straight from the movie and are too long for my taste, but they are still quite fitting. Also added was bot support, another nice plus.
If you like the weird design stuff that looks cool on skins, then this is probably another one to add to your collection.

Made this skin for a noble and brave warrior, Warlocke.
He's into evil-looking wizards, and that's what he is. His cloak has mystical symbols on it to ward off attacks, and magical flames seem to lick up from the depths of Hell itself at the hem of his cloak.
Basically, I took the Emperor skin, modded it, got rid of that STUPID cleft in Palpatine's chin, then made all the 'team' colours the same as the default ('cuz Warlocke hates team colours).
There IS bot support, but no shaders (ain't worth mah time).
Warlocke is done (mostly) in MY colours (black, white green and gold). If yer into flames, this is the model for you!
