File Description
Okay in the readme the author admits the skin isnt good and said he only made it for admins but really when a skin is ugly why would admins use it? It's just a basic red imperial officer with admin on its back.
The shader while nice doesnt add enough to the skin to make it worth using and alot of people wont even be able to use it because of the dynamic glow. I'm not quite sure where the sounds are from but they are probably the only thing about the skin I liked.
All in all I would say give it a pass.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS**: Extract to BASE folder.
DESCRIPTION**: Well i wanted to create a skin to mark the admins clearly. So if you had a problem, you knew where to go to.
Its not ment to look pretty (though it kinda does :D) just to let people see admins.
NOTE! YOU MUST HAVE r_dynamicglow 1 set to see the full effect!
