File Description

I don't think I've seen a Rebel Soldier combatant before, and to be honest the skin isn't that bad. The shading could be better, but considering he 'borrowed' the textures directly from Call of Duty, the author may not have the experience to shade them right on this particular model.

For a photosource, it's not one of the best I've seen. The seams aren't very smooth, and there is a piece of the leg texture on the sole of the model's boot. The helmet could also stand to match the skin better. Perhaps the helmet is supposed to be grey, but that doesn't seem to mesh with my idea of camouflage. Then again, I'm not into combat games like Call of Duty so what do I know about camouflage? ;) The only other real problem I have with this skin is that the author made a boo boo in the skin file, apparently, so he has a hole in his torso. It's unnoticible... from the back.

The sounds, also 'borrowed' from Call of Duty, seem to work okay with this skin. The bottom line is if you like these types of skins, this one's probably good enough to float your boat. If you're really picky about your skins, you may want to wait for a version two with some smoother texture seems and some shading.
