This is obviously the map of a beginner, as it shows the classic flaws many mappers make their first time out. The first room I spawned in showed one of those flaws: lighting. In the enclosed beginning room, there were approximately four lights, but no sources for any of them, and they were still not strong enough to illuminate most of the room.
Another big problem was that if you jumped high enough in a given room, you could see over the walls to see the outsides of the other rooms. There were also some "holes" in the map, especially around doorways.
The design of the map itself also betrays its author's skill. Each room is very boxy, and some of the areas are even kind of ugly, such as the "glass" walkway in the water-filled room. However it does have some features that show the author was actively learning during the process, such as a breakable glass section, and functional botrouting. So it's a good start. The author just needs to work more on his technique and style, and make some more original architecture. Another thing to work on would be to make the map more functional. Currently, I don't see this map being large enough or the right shape for a decent free for all.
