This mod is probably the most random smattering of stuff I've ever seen. When I tested it out, the first thing I noticed was an error in the console stating that several of the sounds were at the wrong sample rate (this means they will not work). The second thing I noticed was the new saber sounds - specifically the swing sounds - are just awful. Occaisionally there's a double-swing sound, which is really queer-sounding when you're using the red stance and the sound swings twice before you're halway done with your swing.
Then I thought to test out the new jetpack sounds. It reminded me of a hippopotomus farting. I tried to come up with a nicer description, but that really just fits it to a T. The lightsaber blades have been altered to have a white area outside the blade. Of course this results in there being hard edges to your saber (see the screenshot). The new bowcaster effect also results in missing textures, so I'm guessing he boo-booed in the EFX file. Things like broken sounds and missing textures make me wonder if he tested this at all.
Another interesting change is music. A lot of music was replaced, including all of the MP music, and a couple of single-player level music pieces. I'm assuming that is because they play in multiplayer, but imagine playing the Mos Eisley level... to Duel of the Fates. It's a great song and all, but it doesn't fit. I'm guessing this wasn't taken into account, however.
Two other modifications here. A new skin was added - a blue stormtrooper - which I find to just look kind of silly. More like a blue plastic model than a stormtrooper, and it seems to have Jaden roll/jump sounds, which is really irritating. The other modification that I can easily find is some of the strings, which don't actually seem changed, but just colored.
Overall, I find it lacking in quality and creativity. Even if the author didn't plan to release it and suddenly decided to, if he is going to release something it should be more substantial than a compilation of sounds that don't work and recolored strings.
