File Description

This was actually an interesting skin. Imagine how pissed off you would be if your opponent kept fading in and out of view. I recall having to battle the Dread Lich of the Destrand Swamps™, (YES, I trademarked that out of malice because I created it. =_,=) and how he kept teleporting, so it was virtually impossible to land a single strike on him from my scythe! I WILL GET YOU ONE DAY, YOU DEMON! Anyway, that's what this skin is ALL about: shifting in and out.

Personally I don't blame the author, given the crappy camo. Naturally I jest, lad. The camo is not THAT bad, but it seems a bit pixelated. however, it's hard to achieve the human hands camo without splicing some pixels, and last time I tried splicing something, it got into a rat and caused the Plague. But that's another story.

In general, I raise my thumb to this, then prick it, then place the droplets on an altar where they shall manifest into gargoyles. In other words, the skin is quite malevolent, so it deserves an offer of bandwidth. If you don't offer your bandwidth, well that's fine. I have a gargoyle I just spawned that will CARVE YOU INTO A MEAT STATUE!

File Name/File Size	:cables_cultist (5.01 Mb)

Date Released :10/19/2006

Description: This is another skin for the cultist model. It's based off of the original cables_cultist skin but I added a tech urban camo to it and set the shaders so that it fades in and out of cloak or near invisibility. I didn't want something that looked like a cheat and it does make bots a bit more challenging because they will almost disappear and you can lose track of them. One drawback is that this may slow down some systems if the map is already using alot of effects. The screenshots included give you an idea of what it looks like cloaked and uncloaked. If you like the camo but don't like the effect then just change to the alternate shader file that is included. I hope you enjoy the skin and feel free to modify it to your liking.

***Trouble shoot***

Usually there are only a few errors make that cause problems. Here are the most common...
1) Not using the proper console commands for "Single Player" or "Multiplayer"... cheats are acivated differently for each. Read "Instructions" up above.
2) Having the pk3 placed in the wrong folder.
3) Make sure you have the latest Jedi Knight Academy update, this is very important!
4) sometimes the model will not show up in the select menu, The Game loads them in reversed alphabetical order, so Yoda should show up in the top. If not you may just have too many models. You can rename the pk.3 to Z_something, and this will put it at the top.
