Curry's Desert City is probably a pretty good representation of what a desert city would look like. Deserts are usually pretty big and not exactly populated, so there's a lot of space and not a lot of ... stuff. But I still don't like a lot of space like this. It kinda reminds me of when you design a website. Yes, it needs to have white space, but not so much that you get lost in it. And this map does seem like the props are too sparse and the areas are too big.
There isn't much about this map that really holds my interest. It's just a bunch of rooms with props. There's nothing interactive really. I didn't find any secret areas. There are no swoops or vehicles. Usually I don't like vehicles in maps, but maps like this need it. In any case, it seems like it's a clan map (that first screenshot might clue you in). There's more than one bar that will never really be used. And it just seems to me that there's no real flow to this map. It's just a bunch of rooms. *shrug*
