Here we have the next version of the Dark Force Mod, and I have to admit that I was suprised that it did not have an unusual name, as other versions of this mod have. :p I won't bore you with another review here, since it just adds on to previous versions of this mod, so here is a previous review:

Glory of the Sith (v.16) review.

All I am going to do is tell you the changed from the previous version, quoted from the readme:

a. Gibs (Gratuitous dismemberment) mode enabled -> This mode was designed for siege but not implemented. -> This mode causing all weapon can do dismemberment (cutting off body like saber) -> Now everytime you take down enemy, your weapon will do the special dismemberment.

b. Two handed force drain enabled Like force lightning, you can do two-handed drain by selecting weapon melee or turn off your saber. Two handed force attack (either lightning or drain) are doing twice damage power than normal.

c. Smile face animation enabled. The idea is coming from singleplayer game where our player model can make smile face rather than frown You might not considered from back, just use command "cg_thirdpersonangle 180" to rotate the camera, and type "reset cg_thirdpersonangle" to restore back. Not a usefull feature for a combat game like jedi academy, but slightly nice seeing the smile.

d. Faster rocket lock -> Only need 1 second to lock on your enemy with rocket launcher, also longer target-lock range too.

e. Fast disruptor zoom lock -> Cap off the zoom time with disruptor as faster as singleplayer game.

f. Fixed bug : corpse being tortured by elevator Dark force mod enable corpse torturing, but when the torture is coming from the world entities like elevator, it just wasting memory, so the corpse will then be disintegrated rather than looping the elevator crush damage.

g. Quad Mode gravity People in quad mode are more lighter their weight rather than normal, they have low gravity (50%) They can jump in air while normal people must jump from surface.

h. Fixed some minor bug.

1. If you do not see the message "Reading Mod..." when starting the game, ensure that the file 
   "henry.pk3" is located in your installation's "GameData\base" folder.
2. If the game crash when starting, ensure that you already install the Jedi Academy Patch 1.01
3. If any feature listed in this readme file are not working, clean up your base folder from

This is the second variant of previous dark force mod v.24
Update is created when its necessary for me. Modification in this version :

Spawn Precahce

Dark force mod divide its feature for 3 kind of entity : human, bot and npc.
Of course human will get lots of thing since this is cheat mod.

Player (human only) get all weapon + inventory when spawn. 
Player (human only) get 255 force/health/armor
Player (human only) get 25% bigger playermodel
Bot only get 4 default weapon : saber, pistol, tusken rifle, noghri stick.
NPC only get 1 weapon as described at their npc data. if their weapon pulled out by force push, they will get melee.

Modified Inventory

Inventory item was intended for siege game, but you can use it in normal game using this mod,
since all the item are given for free at spawn. (human only)

Classified Item :

A. Jetpack -> rocket backpack
This item has been modified to flying as fast and smoother as singleplayer game,
having unlimited fuel, plus adding boba_fett jetpack sound + animation.
The movement command still the same with some modification :
To start jetpack : jump up and then press button use
To fly around : press arrow button at any direction
To fly up : press jump
To fly down : press crouch 
To stop jetpack : press button use again

NOTE : if you don't want jetpack model at your back, you can remove it using command "jetpack"
Open the cheat console and type "jetpack" 
Remember, this command only remove the model, it doesn't remove the actual jetpack entity.
You can still fly without the jetpack model, makes you looks like a bird creature. 

B. Cloak -> invicible shader
This item has been modified to have unlimited battery.

C. Binoculars -> lighting google
This item has been modified to have deeper zooming.

D. E-Web -> Portable machine gun
This item has been modified its effect and adding more blast power.

E. Sentry-Gun ->automated machine gun
This item has been modified to has longer life time : 1 minutes

F. Seeker-Drone ->cycling blaster
This item has been modified to has longer life time : 40 seconds

G. Force-Shield ->armored wall
This item has been modified to has longer life time : 30 seconds

Force Selection Menu
--------------------------------------------------------

1. Both Side (Dark & Light) can be selected at force selection screen
Just like in singleplayer game, you are free to choose BOTH dark and light force and mix them in one profile.
Just go to your profile->force selection menu.
First you will see the light side selection, choose any light force you want, and then click to the dark side
selection, and pick any dark force you want and then click apply.
Originally when we change the side, our previous side will be cleared, but don't worry with this mod, any dark
and light force you have choose are still remain exist. 
The force powers cost is just like singleplayer, one point for each force upgrade.
Amount of available point is depend on your force mastery level you choose :

FORCE MASTERY INITIATE		24 point

Modified Power-Ups
--------------------------------------------------------

1. Quad Mode (new power-ups)
To activate it, type in the console : "quad"
This powerups will gain your force power to level 4.
In Quad mode, if you using weapon melee and press attack, you will release fire missile.
Bind some button for quick access, example : type "bind F3 quad" to have F3 button as quad command.

2. Battle Suit (new power-ups)
To activate it, type in the console : "battlesuit"
This powerups work like shield, protecting you from blaster, you will be magnetically protected and will deflect
any kind of blaster attack (except for explosive weapon), it will also reduce falling damage and etc.
This powerups can gives you air when swimming inside the water.
Bind some button for quick access, example : type "bind F4 battlesuit" to have F4 button as battlesuit command.

3. Ysalimari -> force resistant
This item makes you can't use force againts enemy, but your enemy can't use force againts you.
To get it with cheat command, type "give item_ysalimari"
Duration : 25 second.

4. Force Boon -> force booster
This item makes your force regenerate faster than normal.
To get it with cheat command, type "give item_force_boon"
Duration : 25 second.

5. Force enlighten light -> light force maximizer
This item selectable for people in light side, it maximize all the light force they have to level 3.
To get it with cheat command, type "give tem_force_enlighten_light"
Duration : 25 second.

6. Force enlighten dark -> dark force maximizer
This item selectable for people in light side, it maximize all the light force they have to level 3.
To get it with cheat command, type "give item_force_enlighten_dark"
Duration : 25 second.

Modified Non-Saber Weapon
--------------------------------------------------------

A. Noghri Stick (new weapon taken from singleplayer game)
ammo : powercell
power: equal to bowcaster
attack : 1st - single poison-smoke, 2nd - charging up to 5 smoke
special : poisoned death effect, small damage but it's a poison smoke that cannot be 
absorbed by armor, but you can always push the smoke projectile using force push. 

B. Tusken Raider Rifle (new weapon taken from singleplayer game)
ammo : metallic bolt
power: equal to disruptor
attack : 1st - single blast, 2nd - overcharged blast
special : heavy missile

C. Nuclear Bomb / Laser Gun (re-designed bryar-pistol)
attack : 1st - electric laser, 2nd - high explosive frag bomb with rocket lock
This weapon intended to kill monster such as wampa and rancor, handy also to destroy wall on siege maps.
This thing is too absurdly powerful, so it will be fair-play not to use it for combat againts human.

D. Heavy Melee (re-designed melee)
This was for siege combat (chewbacca fist), but now you will get it in normal game. 
Heavy melee is a claw-punch weapon that does dismemberment and can destroy wall on siege.
This heavy melee replace the normal melee you got (became a melee-claw).

1. Normal attack:
a. Fast punch (press BUTTON_ATTACK)
b. Kick:
-press BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK + forward/back/right/left to kick in direction
-press BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK only to do turning kick	

2. Special attack:
a. Grab and punch 
   Press kata (BUTTON_ATTACK+BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK) with moving forward
b. Grab and throw
   Press kata only without moving forward/backward
c. Knee throw 
   Press kata with moving backward

E. Concussion Blast
The concussion rifle now has powerful damage to dismember your enemies body.

F. Detpack Detonator
This detonator does dismember any victim that killed by the explosion.

G. Kick attack with non-melee
You can do kick attack just like when using melee.
If you holding blaster or any kind of weapon press BUTTON_USE + BUTTON_ATTACK to do the kick.

Modified Saber Weapon
--------------------------------------------------------

1. New Sword :
a. Sword of Earth
A sith sword with special knockback slam attack and new effect.
This sword can be used in singleplayer game, type "saber sword" at the console to get it.
b. Mightiness Scepter
A scepter model sword, does knockback attack and have special effect.
c. Sword of Female
This sword intendeded for kate walker bot, it has greater damage and knockback power.

2. New Saber :
a. Saber of Ice
A single saber with double length and radius. This saber keep spinning and doing damage in the way back of saber throw.
Active in water and have special effect for block and hit and have parry bonus (stronger in saber lock/block duel) 
b. Saber of Wind
Long blade staff saber with Desann single blade style.
You can have two of this at the same time because this saber is putted in category of saber single and saber dual. 

3. Bonus Saber (from singleplayer game):
a. Katarn :  kyle's saber ->strongest in locking and parrying
b. Skywalker : luke's saber ->strongest in breakparry and disarming
c. Retribution : desann's saber ->longest saber length and radius
d. Stinger : tavion's saber ->spinning in saberthrow return and speed up movement

Saber attack
--------------------------------------------------------

1.New kick attack button
To do kick attack with single/dual/staff/blaster or any kind weapon, you must pressing BUTTON_USE + BUTTON_ATTACK
Because single and dual saber now can do kick attack, to make it balance, we decide that staff saber 
can be throwed using BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK just like when using single or dual saber

2. New Dual Saber Kata.
When you have dual saber, you will get 3 kata moves:
a. Alora Saber Spin Throw (throw both of your saber)
   -> press forward + kata(BUTTON_ATTACK+BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK)
b. Original Dual Saber Protect
   This moves is the original dual daber kata.  
   -> press kata(BUTTON_ATTACK+BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK) only without moving forward/backward.
c. Alora Saber Spin Slash (Dual saber slash)
   -> press backward button + kata(BUTTON_ATTACK+BUTTON_ALT_ATTACK) 

3. Kata with running/jumping.
You can do kata moves while moving or even jumping. 

4. Seven saber style for saber offense level 3 with single saber.
All player will now gain force level 7 for saber offense level 3, this is means if you have only one saber,
and saber offense level 3 you get 7 styles from fast->medium->strong->desann->tavion->dual->staff

5. Faster saber throw
Saber throw attack will moving faster like singleplayer game, and keep moving even touch the wall.

6. You can switch to 3rd person camera when using saber. 

7. Bonus right hand chopped-off animation. If your saber cut off enemies right hand.

Cheats is always enabled. (no need devmap command again)

# Cheat Command: 
"\undying" 	= toggle undying mode on/off (this cheat makes you take damage down to 1, but never die)
"\god" 		= toggle god mode on/off
"\notarget"	= toggle notarget on/off
"\give force" 	= restore force power to max.
"\stats" 	= give 1000 force powers. (NOTE : the force meter might not shown 1000)
"\jetpack"	= toggle showing jetpack model on/off
"\battlesuit"   = toggle your battlesuit on/off.
"\quad"		= toggle to expand your dark force to level 4.
"\g_debugdamage 1" = shows amount of damage taken by each client. (type "g_debugdamage 0" to turn it off)
"\giveother <client_index_number> <given item/weapon>" = give another player whatever we want.
"\status" = to see all available client index number. Use this first before command "giveother"

* giveother command usage :
first type "status" to see all client index. You can see list from index 0 to N-1 (N is amount of player connected)
index 0 is human and index > 0 is bot so if you want to give something to bot number 1 :
Example = "giveother 1 weapon_concussion_rifle" (means give bot with index number of 1 a concussion weapon)
But if you type "giveother 0 weapon_concussion_rifle" it means giving yourself a concussion weapon

Important command :
g_fraglimit : decide how many kills to win the game.
capturelimit : how many amount of flag need to win the game (for capture the flag game type)
timelimit : how many minutes the game duration.
cg_drawtimer 1 : draw a digital clock on the screen.
cg_drawTeamOverlay 1 : draw team status (for TFFA/CTF gametype)

Advanced Cheat:
a. God, undying and quad mode can protect you from falling to death, swimming in the lava and etc. 
   Type "devmap t3_rift" to enter the deadly singleplayer maps, there you can test out god/undying mode
   by jumping down over the cliff and look around how its looks like down there :-)
   Type "dir maps" to show complete map list (use pageup / pagedown button to scroll up/down)
   To show only multiplayer map list, type "dir maps/mp"
   To access multiplayer map, type "devmap mp/<map_name>. For example type "devmap mp/ffa1"
b. Notarget can makes bot and npc ignore you. Makes you become a referee in a bot battle.
c. Undying mode works just like SP, its giving you 1000 health, 1000 armor and 1000 force
   also give you ne hit kill cheat (10 times more damage, either in force or weapon attack)
   NOTE : the amount of force meter might not shown 1000, this bug is unresolveable yet, 
   however the force meter does not affect the actual amount of 1000 force powers you have.

1. New BOT configuration
All Bot are now deffered by their force mastery level :
Sith Master : kate walker (special godmode)
Jedi Master : twilek, zabrak (special infinite force)
Jedi Knight : luke, kyle, desann, tavion
Jedi Adept : jedi trainer, corran horn, vil and dasariah kothos
Jedi Guardian : morgan, reborn, rosh, alora

2.Bot can do kata and kick attack like human player 
Remember! kick attack are using combination button_use + button_attack
3.If you activating cloak or notarget cheat command then all bot will ignore you same as npc.
Usefull if you want being spectator but still want to walking around like normal player.
4.New NPC : Nico_Collard, usefull for trap killer, has undying and quad mode. 
  type "npc spawn nico_collard" to spawn it.
5.If you spawn any non-enemy npc like kyle, luke, and etc. they will following you like in singleplayer.

Miscellanous

A. Global
1.Saber dismemberment is 100% (cutting of any body part)
2.Armor is auto-recharge when take damage. (human only)
3.Bot need 30 second before respawn again after death (to prevent them spawn suddenly)
4.Enable taunt, bow and meditate at all game type.
5.Player will do automatic taunt voice in the battle.
6.Powerfull vehicle configuration for both singleplayer and multiplayer (eg. longer turbo, big armor)
7.Player not forced to use blue/red skin when playing team game. You can choose this skin manually.
8.Adding singleplayer force effect and animation. (eg. meditation heal, rage smoke etc.)
9.No falling to death for human, because you get free jetpack to flying up again when falling.
10.Multiple power in once, you can use lightning+drain+grip or use absorb+protect+rage at the same time.  

B. Scoring Rules
Suicide, friendly killer, or killed by npc are not tolerated :

* Free for all (FFA)/team FFA(TFFA)
Kill an enemy = +1
Killing yourself, teammate or killed by NPC=-1
Killed by world (elevator crush, gravity, etc.) =-2

* Capture the flag (CTF)
fraggin each enemy								+1
fraggin someone while either you or your target are near your flag carrier	+2
fraggin someone who has recently hurt your flag carrier				+3	
fraggin someone while either you or your target are near your flag		+4	
awarded for returning a flag that causes a capture to happen almost immediately	+5	
award for fragging a flag carrier if a capture happens almost immediately	+6
what you get for recovery							+7
what you get for picking up enemy flag						+8
what you get for fragging enemy flag carrier					+9
what your team gets for capture							+10
what you get for capture							+20
Killing yourself, teammate or killed by NPC					-2
Killed by world (crushed by elevator, splatted to the ground, etc.)		-4
