I've only played lugormod once, so I can't vouch for the author's claim that this map is perfect for lugormod. What I do know is that this map has a few serious problems that will really distract from gameplay. The biggest problem is one entire room, basically, is without textures. Another thing I noticed was that in the first area, with the two teleporters, the edges of the platforms where they met were not caulked. Normally this wouldn't make an aesthetic difference, but since these platforms are made to look like glass, it gives them the distinct look that they are separate pieces. It is my personal opinion that it would look better if it looked like one piece, but that's entirely up to personal taste. Even so, it would be more efficient to caulk such surfaces.

Another problem I found was in the ice cavern room. The read-me suggests it is meant to be a dueling room. Now I can this being feasible, except for one detail: the ceiling is incredibly low. Now if you never jump while you duel I suppose it wouldn't be a problem, but jumping seems to be a necessity to me, and with a ceiling so low you won't be jumping very high. Overall the map is very boxy, especially given that one of the rooms is meant to be a cavern. Some more interesting architecture would go a long way toward making this map a little bit more pleasing on the eyes.

When you enter the training chamber, the music is stuck on the opening title of Diablo 2: LOD

Description:

The [DSF] clan map, using all the concepts in my past projects. This map is top-notch for lugormod servers becuase
it has multiple arenas and teleporters.

The main hall. Its just a spawning room with two portals that lead to the main duel room and the training room.

The Main Duel room. Its an ice cave with a hole in the top, peeking out to the sky.

The training room. Contains a Heavy Repeater and Ammo Dispenser. Also contains a turret and a switch, used for practicing blocking.

As I said again, its good for Lugormod because it has seperated rooms, you can use the training room as a Desann Quest or whatever if you get rid of the turret using /killmodel

Be forewarned, this map contains two songs from Diablo 2: LOD which I got from a program called MPQedit.
They were WAV files then I changed them (by using a program called WAVER) to MP3 format. NOTE: NONE OF THE
SONGS HAVE BEEN CUT DOWN OR LOOPED. YOU CAN  USE THESE SONGS IN YOUR MAP OR AS DUEL
MUSIC, ETC.
