Enhanced Imperial Officer

I greatly resented the fact that not only did I have to put this skin side by side with the original Imperial officer skin just to tell what was different (not like he has much of a read-me to look at to find out), but that upon asking the author he rudely told me I was blind, so forgive me if my review isn't as nice as normal.

This skin is like HapSlash's improved stormtrooper but without the benefits of an improved model. I personally find mods like this to be a colossal waste of time and space. You guessed it - the author just recolored the clothing to be a different shade of grey. Ooooh ahhh. Not really. Without comparing the models, unless you really know exactly what shade of grey the original was, you can't tell. I'd never notice the difference, probably like I'd never notice the difference between HapSlash's desaturated stormtrooper and the original bluey one.

A word to the wise: recoloring to a new shade of the same color is not skinning. If it was, people would be drooling over eye color changes. To gain respect in the community, do some of your own work and don't just feed off of others, even Raven's. Recolors are dull and old, and any Joe with GIMP can do them. Time for something fresh, and this isn't it.

This is an overwrite, by the way, so if you want to keep your original 'blue' grey Imperial officer skin, don't get it. If you're rather have the 'grey' grey Imperial skin, go for it. As a result, all the bot/npc support will work with this skin. One more way of getting results without doing the work. :thumbsup:
