Well, here we have another piece of work from Inyri! And guess who it is. Yes, I'm glad you can read, but I'm going to tell you anyways. It's Grand Admiral Thrawn!
Anyways, this isn't a bartender reskin. It's a chiss reskin, and from what I've heard, the face was reskinned from scratch. And it doesn't look bad, so lots of kudos for that. The uniform is almost exactly like a Grand Admiral's uniform.
Guess what? This has Thrawn sounds. Yep. Guess where they're from. Yep. Tie Fighter. So yeah, we have a good skin, and authentic Thrawn sounds. And, hold your breath, we don't have a bartender dressed as Thrawn. Happy days!

*********************************** Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy *********************************** TITLE: Grand Admiral Thrawn AUTHOR: Inyri Forge E-MAIL: [email protected] FILENAME: thrawn_if.pk3 FILESIZE: 1.73mb DATE RELEASED: June 2006 BUILD TIME: A couple days -------- CREDITS -------- Google, LucasArts (some sounds come from the classic game TIE Fighter, in which a young Vice Admiral Thrawn makes an appearance), and everyone out there who has either made or asked for a Thrawn skin at any time in the past. -------------------------- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -------------------------- Dump this is your gamedata/base directory within your Jedi Academy directory. ------------ DESCRIPTION ------------ So I'm sure you're saying "oh man, not *another* Thrawn skin". And for the most part you're right on the money - it's basically the same skin that's been relased over and over and over. However I like to think I've added a couple of features that you haven't seen before. Feature 1: An authentic Thrawn taunt from LucasArts' TIE Fighter. Feature 2: A new face, so Thrawn is no longer the Chiss bartender wearing a Grand Admiral suit. The face was done completely from scratch, which took the majority of the time. The rest of it's mostly a recolor, as there's really no point in doing it any other way. The rank on the uniform should be accurate, however, which is another thing a lot of Thrawn skins lack. Team Skins: Yes Bot Support: Yes NPC Support: No New Sounds: Yes ----- BUGS ----- No bugs that I've found so far. --------- COMMENTS --------- This is actually the second Thrawn skin I've made, but I'm happy enough with this one to release it. It is also the first successful face I've skined by hand. I feel like the community really needs a Thrawn skin that's not a dressed-up bartender, and I encourage anyone who is a Thrawn enthusiast (as I am) to try their hand at their own.
