A few days ago I reviewed the first of three trailers for the upcoming JKA adaptation of Revenge of this Sith. Now I am pleased to present to you the second trailer by Zappa, this one being for the Order 66 part of the movie.
Although I did enjoy the previous trailer, I must admit that I did like this one a bit better. Overall I think it was a better length and also very well cut together. Once again I am also impressed with the quality of the voice acting, this time especially with the voices of Palpatine and Mace Windu, who honestly do sound like their real film counterparts! Whoever did the voices for those two characters could probably make a good living from being an impersonator!
Again there was also a mixture of shots that were straight from JKA and shots that appeared to have had some effects and such added in post production. As I said last time, I am most curious to see how well these two types of scenes blend in the final film.
The main problem I saw in this trailer really was that the characters always have there fists up when they don’t have any weapon equipped, a very annoying feature of JKA’s melee system. Someone should really make a mod that keeps the characters hands at their sides when in melee mode instead, so that certain scenes can be shot more realistically, without the characters looking like they are about to start a fistfight with each other! :P
Overall another good trailer here, and out of the two thus far I would probably say this is my favourite. That said though, I look forward to seeing the next trailer for this movie, and eventually the movie itself. Keep up the good work mate!
