Well, here we have another Keyblade courtesy of Inyri. Now we have an improved Kingdom Key. As I hear it, this version has a lot more detail than the other Kingdom Keys that have been made by other people.
I actually did a small search for the Kingdom Key, and believe me, this trumps all the previous ones that I found with it's detail. Not that there's that much detail that needs to be trumped, but I can say with a certainty, having played the game, that this looks a lot like the Kingdom Key.
The model is a bit oversized, and the reason behind that is plainly written in the readme, but since some people choose not to read that, I'll put it here for you to read.
The handle is too large for the hands of most/all JA models. I had two options here: alter the proportions of the model to fit, which would look dumb, or leave the keyblade in the proper proportions, which would also look dumb. Since it's a lose-lose situation, I chose to keep with the proper keyblade proportions.
I'd much rather have an accurate model that uses proper proportions than one made to fit JKA models. That said, the guard for the keyblade clips with player models, which can be explained because the base jedi academy stance wasn't made to accomodate a model such as this. But, just download a different saber stance mod and you'll probably find one that makes this look really cool.
