I do believe there's already a male Zabrak race made for Jedi Academy. But this one is a bit different. Because it's named Darth Maul! There are four heads to choose from, but you don't have any choice in what you'll be wearing or what color it is. The model used is the one made by Cheshire. The readme claims that there are 10 heads, torsos and legs. Like I said though, there's only one option that I found.
So is this a good addition to your selection of custom models to play with? Meh. If there were more color choices, more skins to choose from, maybe. Or if you just happen to be a fan of Darth Maul, you might want to download this.

There is no facial animation, so Maul's mouth doesn't move. I simply reskinned the model, and altered the jedi_maul.pk3 file, orinially made by boinga 1, using the Chesire model. Hope you dig em.
