File Description

Now yet another mini mod comes our way! Make way!

The Author presents to us this mod that makes, according to him, the saber trail look more like in the movies and makes it so it doesn't fade away like in the game does. I actually couldn't tell much difference. But if you guys can then I'm sure you'll like it. Any mod that makes the game a bit more accurate movie-wise is fine by me.

So what are ya waiting for? Gives this a download if it appeals to you! :D

TITLE: movie-blur
AUTHOR: 0bl1v10n
E-MAIL: td.chatfield@hotmail.co.uk
FILENAME: myskin.pk3
FILESIZE:
DATE RELEASED: 13th november 2007

CREDITS: none, but I like those 'ep3 like sabers', this would go well with that.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: put this in your 'base' directoory, located in the 'gamedata' folder.

IMPORTANT!!!!! Ignore the '___MACOSX' directory, that's just a bi-product of compressing things on a mac.

DESCRIPTION: in the movies, the blur is consistent, meaning that it doesn't fade at the other end. what this does is remove the fade-yness when swinging the saber.

BUGS: none, I'm pleased to say, if you have found one, email me.

COMMENTS: well, this, I admit, it easy to make. all I did was select the faded parts in the gimp, increase the threshhold to the max, and bucket it, lol. but the effect is quite likable.
