This skin actually looks kind of cool at first glance. The only real technical problem I could find was that the skinmap on the horns is kind of screwed up, but from a distance you can't see any detail on them anyway.
It's an interesting idea, but it could use some work. The jawa eye glow shader on the eyes would really make statement, and the sounds probably should have been included with this skin - they won't work unless you have Mars' MaulVM model. It doesn't look like much with the lower body was changed, but then again for this skin it probably didn't need to be.
Overall it's probably not the most involved skin ever, but it looks pretty neat. If you're looking for a better-looking darkened Maul skin, this may be for you.
