So, believe it or not, I actually remember Drakkan's reskin of Obi-Wan from almost a year ago - Rikimaru. Drakkan seems to have a trend here of keeping his skins very simple, but still so effective. Just some small details here and there make a skin look really great. Just like what he's done here with Neo Reborn.
It's nothing more than a white, black and gray Reborn, at first glance. But if you look a bit closer at the face, you'll see that half of his face is hidden or painted out or something by a deep blackness. The other half is painted like a twisted clown kinda thing. I'm reminded of Kerr. ;) (Never mind that.) His left eye is covered by a black star and what appears to be bloody tears trail down his white cheek and down to his exaggerated red smile. Freaky. And very cool.
