The changes made to Kyle here are almost unnoticable. The most obvious one I see is that the author removed the grey collar thing and replaced it with a small brown stripe. Really, that's the only thing I see that is much different from the old Kyle. The author did point out that some brass accents have been changed to a grey metallic color and the wrist and shoulder pads have been lightened. These are some very small changes and some may like the changes, but personally, I prefer Kyle just the way he is.
I wasn't sure if I should post this as a mini-mod or a skin (cause it was submitted as a mini-mod). Since it is technically a skin, that's where I'm putting it. And I should probably point out that there's no bot support, no new sounds and no team support. But, you could probably figure that out from the stats below. :P

JEDI OUTCAST/ACADEMY MODIFICATION Kyle modified as follows: 1. No more nasty sweater neck strings. 2. Made brass accents into gray metallic. 3. Made wrist and shoulder pads a little lighter like pants. 4. Gray t-shirt is dark brown like gloves. 5. Added light brown double stripe to pants. 6. No more silly dark brown arm pit sweat prohibitors. 7. Added arm band under shoulder pad to tie it down, so it appears that it is not floating on the sweater. Yes they are all minor but I think it looks much better as a whole.
