For a clan skin, this isn't bad at all. I really like the colors used and how muted the colors are. The clan tag isn't too bold and actually looks good. The symbols used are very cool, but there are too many. The skin seems ... cluttered.
The team skins are just the default for red and a blue version of the default. In my opinion, the blue used is a bit too bright to remain consistant with the design and overall feel to this skin. No new sounds suck, but it is a clan skin, so ... y'know, whatever.
