Now here's an interesting skin. Not necessarily good or bad, really, just, y'know ... it's more than just a recolor. The skin actually has some artwork on the front and back. Though, not much more than that. It's an interesting (like I already said) design, but the skin is lacking in a few other areas. There's no bot support, which isn't too much of a big deal. But there's also no team support which is a disappointment. It's a personal skin though, so if the author is happy with it, then wonderful. There is a new taunt included, and it is perhaps the longest taunt EVER. Which is bad. But oh well. :)
