A simple mod approaches the altar, with the intent to basically...rig your SP experience, I suppose.
Basically, a modified weapons.dat was submitted that gives you the following:
- Faster Firing Speed
- No ammo wasting.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind the first one, but the second one just takes the fun out of the experience for me. However, there may be some who may find great fun in this. =_= If so, SUBMIT BANDWIDTH. THIS WORKS FOR JK2 AND JK3 AS WELL. (Two PK3s for the choice)

************************* JEDI ACADEMY MODIFICATION JEDI OUTCAST MODIFICATION ************************* TITLE: Realistic Weapon Speed Mod FILENAME: Realistic_Weapons.zip FILESIZE: 8 KB CONTAINS: RealWeapons-JA.pk3 RealWeapons-JO.pk3 AUTHOR: [-RO-]Smith)C( WEBSITE: www.risingorder.com CONTACT: email@example.com CREDITS: LucasArts for making the Jedi Knight Game Series INFO: These two files are meant to change the fire speed of the single player weapons in Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy to speeds that seemed more realistic. For instance, the blaster fires around what a common pistol would in a firefight, the heavy repeater actually has serious hitting power to it, because it puts so many shots downrange in a short amount of time, and the blaster rifle has a fast fire speed for the primary fire, and even faster for secondary. All of the weapons SHOULD shoot for free *no use of ammo*, but in case they don't, feel free to email me and let me know, so i can fix it. I hope you enjoy these mods, I have playtested them in both games, and so they should be fine, but if there are any glitches feel free to let me know. INSTALLATION: just place the pk3 file in your gamedata/base folder.
