Well... this skin is ..okay. Apparently, it is supposed to be an improvment on the original, the aim to make him look more "buff". I didn't really notice. Although I did notice some things in the model, that limited this skin. The shoulders look really, really weird. It looks like they were built around a cube, and at times you see one of the edges. The lower half doesn't seem the line up quite right with the torso, and the head isn't very accurate to Vin Diesel.
Suggestions: Pick a better model next time. Fix that tank top! The chest is a lot bigger than you skinned. Exaggerate. In most forms of art, exaggeration is key. So while the muscles (at least the ones you actuallly skinned) look pretty real, it's not noticeable, and his chest muscles end too soon. Also, if you're going to skin the way to did (generic background texture with detail), find a better base image. The skin you have looks very rough, almost like wood.
Overall, a valiant effort, keep at it.
