Okay, I have no idea who Rikimaru is. No idea what Tenchu is either. But apparently, this skin is Rikimaru from Tenchu. *shrug*
All I can tell you about this skin is that it looks like a bad guy from Jedi Academy with a steel head. That's it. I see no other changes really. Maybe a color change? I don't know. The team skins are incredibly subtle. So dark and muted, you can barely tell they're different colors at all.
With no bot support or new sounds, it's hard to imagine this as a different character. Whoever Rikimaru is, it isn't this skin. If you're going to create a skin based on a different character, I'm of the opinion that you should try to make it so different from what you're working with that even people who've never heard of Rikimaru would at least be able to see (or hear) that it's ... well, different.
