I'm usually the kind of person who's picky about a model being 100% accurate. I'm not going to be right now because I wouldn't know anyway. I'm not a big comics fan, so my knowledge of spawn is limited. What I do know, though, is that it's a good model and ought to finally be posted after what sounds like a long string of mishaps. I'm just going to comment on what I know and let you guys decide the less technical aspects of it.

Parts of this model I love and parts I look at and go "ugh...". Remember, though, that I'm picky. First of all, poor Spawn has no knees. I can't figure out why his legs deform so well when he has no knees. In fact the weighting all seems really good. Stingray's sense of body proportions could use a little work in some areas (though in other areas it's great - he's got a really nice butt!), but the weighting overall seems very well done. I admit it is kind of hard to tell since he's almost completely black, but everything seems to bend the way it should and not bend in places it shouldn't, with the exception of a little puckering in his hamstring area.

The first thing I noticed about the texturing is "ugh, it looks like plastic." Then I reminded myself that it's a comic book character so I'm sure it's supposed to look that way. The cape is pretty good, in that it has few clipping issues (if any), but if it were me I wouldn't have used the weighting technique she used - that is static weighting. For some capes it works okay, but for this cape the effect of the stiff cape is amplified because it's already sitting so far out from the body. However regardless of how you weight a cape someone will complain that it looks silly, so you do what you can. Capes come down to personal preference - there's no wrong way to weight a cape.

Overall a very well-made model with few issues (that I'm aware of, anyhow). Always nice to see some other lady modders in the crowd - there are so few of us these days ;).

By the way, Stingray, for screenshots without having to rely on a second person, do the following: Load the map with cheats on. use "cg_thirdpersonangle 180" and "cg_thirdpersonvertoffset -15" in the console. "cg_draw2d 0" if you want the hud off. Take a screenshot. Voila! Painless ;).

    I dont really know a lot of people that play JA so its hard to take good screenshots, and its hard to find someone whos nice enough to pose. 
    So, please take the model in game and use one of the bots to see it in its glory. lol
Dont judge him by these screenies.

        

           I have discovered a serious love of shaders.  They really add to the models. I put shaders on his eyes to make them glow green, blue, and yellow.  All the accessories have a chrome look to them also.  The chains also have a metal like shader applied to them.  I would put a shader on every thing if it looked right. lol  All the pieces were modeled seperately so they can be turned off or on. 
                   This is a Spawn model that I did for fun, because I'm a fan. The blue team Spawn is my favorite by far.   Some people are nazis about the models being 100% accurate. I do the best I can.  Despite the feedback that I receieved, which I appreciate, I didnt change anything on the model.  If he was alot bigger he would look fat to me. lol  Plus, I was a bit lazy.  I think that it looks like Spawn, but thats my opionion of course.  If you dont like the model, and you dont think it looks like Spawn, I tried is all I can say.   I am working on the Clown/Violator now and I am nearing completion of Poison Ivy form Batman.    
         
         Installation Instructions:

Place the Spawn_JA.pk3 file from this zip archive into the LucasArts/StarWarsJediKnightJediAcademy/gamedata/base/ directory, where you installed the game.
I tried to make this file as small as possible.
