File Description
This skin is supposed to be a Chiss with a tuxedo on. As you may have guessed, it was made using the Chiss bartender model. The skin itself seems to have been done in MS paint. The body are very flat black and white, and the only other piece I see changed is that the eyes are blue (with no pupils, btw). Also it seems to be lacking all the details that would make it a tuxedo, such as the buttons and bow tie (or tie of any kind, for that matter). Overall it's an interesting (although not new) idea, but it needs a lot more work.
