TheCage3.bms, TheCage3.wac = The easier daytime version. TheCage3NIGHT, TheCage3NIGHT.wac = The harder night time version (bring LOTS of medics). OBJECTIVES: (in order) - destroy radio equipment - find intel documents - eliminate all weapon crates - destroy technicals - eliminate all forces at objective - destroy technicals MAP SPECs: 232 People 127 Vehicles/Objects 1133 Buildings/Decorations 95 Markers 14 Area Triggers The Cage 3 1/2 is the works of over 8 months of on/off mapping; yes thats right I have had no life during this process. If you like my maps, you'll love this one... if however you hate my maps.. don't evn waste your time with this one... cuz I tested this map with seasoned vets in COOP team play and even some of them said "you're outta your friggin mind!!!". If you fail to read this file and understand this simple concept; then I have no pitty for you - nor do I wish to hear your dismay for my map. Read this file - understand how things work and then comment - fair and square. The Cage 3 is the final map in the series and being the final map it had to be created BIG. This map has 4 main battle area's that you will fight your way through. Each area has a set goal to achieve; until you complete the goal, the map will not permit you to leave/exit to the next area. EXIT PORTALS: They will be very clear to see - once you have opened one, simply step into the middle of it. Exit portals can only be used ONCE; so it is vital that you and your team take the fist waypoint after using any exit portal - otherwise... game over. Exit portals are JUMPs between battle area's. If you do not take the waypoint at the next Jump Point... then you might as well end the game and start over, cuz it won't let you access the next battle area without going thru the Jump portal. HIDDEN OBJECTS: Some items have been hidden into the surrounding map textures; if you do not see what you are looking for - look again, cuz you missed it. Its there - look harder!! I spent a VERY long time on this... get as mad as you want, it is there - you are not looking hard enough; try to put yourself into my shoes and look again. SCREEN MESSAGES: Always read the screen messages that are being displayed to you during the game. These messages are giving you vital information that will be helpful during your next fight area. This map has been tested in online game play; in LAN mode; in Day mode and in night mode. Someone will always find something wrong with every map; so please - if you do find a fault, let me know about it and give me the chance to correct it before you get all upset.
