Jal Shey Armors were a new addition to wear for the game, Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. It was really a way for Jedi (or Sith) to wear armor and have the full benefits of being a Jedi, meaning your Force Powers were not restricted like they were when wearing the other types of armor. They were also very unique in the way they looked. I’ve seen a mixed reaction to what people think of their style.
90SK returns yet again to give us some new skins for the “Jedi Armor”. The author decided to give them new title names such as “Norris Jumpsuit”, or “Ossus Stealth Jumpsuit”. :p He also added a new piece of armor and replaced the Ossus Keeper Robe by changing it to Jal Shey Armor. Some of those armors do have their own new bonuses to reflect on the name given by the author. The Darth Malak type armor that Obsidian made never was an armor you could get by default, so the author decided to make it available later in the game when you’re busy doing the party split mission when you send only party members to the tomb of Freedon Nadd on Dxun. The specific part where you get it in the tomb is when you confront the Dark Jedi doing the ritual.
The TSL Patcher is used to install the mod since there is a change in the appearance.2da file; most notable change you will notice is the ritual Dark Jedi in Freedon Nadd’s Tomb where they will be wearing the Jal Shey armor styles when you confront them. Enjoy the new skins! :D
