Pretty simple; Ferc Kast is here with a head mod that allows you to play as a female blue Twi'lek in Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Yes, there's always the savegame editor, but that doesn't work for every appearance, and I believe this is one of them.
How many parts of a head mod are there? I've counted in the past, but I don't remember, so I'll just wing it. Let's see...there's the head reskin, which in this case was just a recolor to make the Twi'lek blue instead of orange or green or white or whatever the original color was. Still, it looks nice, and I think there are a few other slight changes. Next there's the DS transitions, which in this case are Sith eyes. They're a bit too...red, in my opinion, but maybe it's just me. The underwear and clothing appearances haven't been changed, except the skin tone for the underwear is blue, of course. And finally there's the portraits, which are kind of dark...well, very dark. :P Still, it's only a minor issue that could be easily fixed.
The TSL Patcher is used to install the mod, so as to ensure compatibility with other mods, and you'll have to start a new game to use it, of course--or just use the savegame editor to change your appearance. Enjoy! :)

This doesn't work, the head is extremely distorted as though it's trying to load onto a human head.
