When most of us played through the original Knights of the Old Republic game, we got a good look at the Darth Bandon/Sith Apprentice type armor/robe. If you were like me, you thought it looked really cool. I was bummed out when I destroyed Bandon and put on his armor only to see that the model of the armor was different.
Of course we later were introduced to modding in the Knights of the Old Republic community. One of the ideas that modders have made was giving you the option to wear the Darth Bandon style armor and have it actually look like it suppose to be. Of course that idea was very popular for the original KOTOR game.
Archer returns with the Darth Bandon style armor for you to wear in Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. I think most of the reason why this idea wasn’t as popular to do in TSL was because of the new types of armor and robes you could choose from while other people made mods to wear some of the new types of clothing and armor that originally wasn’t available to wear. You can find this armor while doing the cave trial on Korriban.
This mod will replace the Darth Revan style robes. Your PC’s should have no problem equipping them. The thing to look out for is that there is no restriction for just male players, so you if you try putting them on a female player, it will be funny looking. Atton can’t wear it because Obsidian did not give the model codes to wear anything in the Darth Revan slot, so putting them on Atton will crash the game. If you can’t edit .2da files, I would suggest downloading HouseOfAmon’s Mod Pack and installing it (if you don’t have it) and uninstall it except for the new modified appearance.2da file that the TSL Patcher will make if you want Atton to be able to wear these.
What’s cool is Archer is using giving you the Darth Bandon and Sith Apprentice style armor skins I made for my Character Re-Skin 2.0 Pack for K1, so if you want to wear armor that is all black, it’s available. This mod comes in English and German. Enjoy! :D
