Remote is Workbench and Lab Station

di_rslw.7z

Description

In Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, one of your party members, Bao-Dur the Zabrak had a little droid tailing him, called 'Remote'. He's similar (if not identical) in appearance to the training remote you see Luke Skywalker training with on the Millennium Falcon, in the original movie, Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope, or simply Star Wars as many refer to it. :P

In the game, Remote is pretty useless. All he does is follow you around when you have Bao-Dur in your party, not doing much at all. This mod release from my fellow staff member, Darth InSidious changes that. What this mod does, is make the Remote a little more useful, by giving you the option to use him as a workbench, when you're traveling. If you're using tk102's Remote Tells Influence mod installed, you will need to use the compatibility fix that Darth InSidious has included in the download.

This is a handy little mod, especially for those of you who upgrade items often, and like having Bao-Dur around in your game, so why not give it a try!

Description
-----------

This mod makes it so that you can use Remote as a workbench or lab station while on the move, in case you need to upgrade something or use a few components on the move.

Installation
------------
If you have tk102's Remote Tells Influence mod, copy the remote.dlg file in the "Compatibility Fix" folder into your Override.

Otherwise, use the one in the "Standard Install" folder.

Uninstallation
--------------
Remove "remote.dlg" from your Override folder.

Known Bugs
==========

You may have to start a new game to use this mod.
The first time you choose the upgrade option in each game, it seems not to work. If you re-try, it will, however. I don't know why this is, it just seems to be a random bug.
