Slums of Telos



It never fails when an author even if they’re new makes new quests to do in either Knights of the Old Republic game and people just love it. New stories bring a new feeling to the game and excitement on anticipating on what is going to happen next while they explore the new storyline.

Telos is a planet you get to visit and spend a lot of time on in the game Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. You get to first spend time on Citadel Station which is a floating city above the planet, much like how Cloud City on Bespin works. Later you get to go to the Restoration Zone and pick up Bao-Dur, and then later go to the Polar Region and run into Atris. Most planets you visit do not give you the opportunity to explore different areas of the planet, but Telos does.

HdVaderII makes his FileFront debut with a mod that adds two new quests to the game. He also adds four new modules to the game, well reused modules I should say acting as if they’re another area. For a first mod, I would say the work is great and I’m sure if the author continues to try and do stuff like this, I’m sure improvements could be made.

The author did not figure out how to do new journal entries so you will have to use your memorization skills more to keep up with the quests. The author mentions that he doesn’t know how other mods will work with it since he doesn’t have any other mods in his override folder to know. The only way to find out is to try it out and report in the comments about your personal experience with it.

If you are either past Telos the first time you visit or currently are visiting the planet, you will need to go back to a saved game (if you have it) before you actually arrive on the planet because this mod will not work if you do not start at a point before arriving on the planet. Enjoy! :D

Copy the files in the override folder into the OVERRIDE folder in you SWKotor2 directory.
Copy all of the files in the modules folder into the MODULES folder. NOT THE OVERRIDE!!!
--No journal entries
--Only works with a save before Telos
--Combining other mods might have undesireable effects, but I wouldn't lnow, I've only had this mod in my override


Delete the files in the override folder.
