Master Uthar Wynn was the Sith Master at the Korriban Sith Academy during the events of the first Knights of the Old Republic. He was a bald man with purple tattoos on his head.
Anonymous08 returns to the modding scene gives us a mod that allows you to play as Master Uthar in the game Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. Uthar’s head is one of many assets Obsidian left in their game from BioWare’s original game, so there is no porting issue here.
What the author did was change it so Uthar doesn’t start off with the tattoos. As he slowly turns to the dark side of the Force, more tattoos show up on his head and the last dark side transition makes him look like the dark side Uthar we saw in the original game.
The addition to Uthar’s head to the game means the author replaced another one of the default heads in the game. Yes, you can get around that, but I don’t think the author has been taught how yet. Anyway, the head replaces the second Caucasian male head. The label names on the model and texture files will say six on them, but remember there isn’t six Caucasian male heads. ;) The author does bring up in his readme file that masks/headgear do not appear on the Uthar head. That is because the Uthar head model is not set to wear them because BioWare never intended for you to use this head as a main player character. That’s the answer to that question. ;) Enjoy! :D
Note: Please leave the author feedback, especially if you download this mod and use it. It really helps encourage the author to make more mods in the future.
Author's name: Anonymous08 Mod's Name: Uthar's Head (Tattooless - Tattoos) Summary: I replaced the PMHC06 heads with different edited versions of Uthar's head. Light Side: No tattoos, blue-grey eyes. Dark Side 1: Some tattoos, yellow eyes. Dark Side 2: Full tattoos, red eyes, no eyebrows. Installation: Put the TGA, MDL, and MDX files into your override folder. NOTE #1: You'll probably have to exit the game before the model works. NOTE #2: If you want to replace a different head with this one, just replace "C06" in all the files to the letter/number combination of the head you want to replace it with. You can find out what each head is named using the Kotor Tool, selecting ERFs>TexturePacks>swpc_tex_tpa.erf>P then scrolling down to the PMH's. Double click on file names to open up the Image Viewer. Known Issues: -Masks don't seem to show up on the model for some reason. You'll still get the effects, but the character will look like he doesn't have it on. Thanks to: Kotor Tool, KotOR II, and Adobe Photoshop. Permission: Reference me if you rip off the skins/icons, or if you take my ideas. I'd like if you ask permission, or e-mail me when you decide to use any of it.
