You may not notice an immediate visual difference in the new eyes (well, except for Mission's), but take a close look at all the screenshots - they're marked improvements over the old skins. The irises aren't so inflamed, there's more white to the pupils... pretty much everything is better. I'd definitely give this a download.
Oh, and just for ease of reference - the old skins are to the right, the new ones are to the left.
Note: Please remember to give the author of the mod feedback, as the download count isn't particularly verbose. Written comments tend to be much more useful and encouraging.
