Great idea  I voted "other" simply because "all of the above" wasn't there :p although skinning tutorial have been covered very well by MC, PKM and Wolfman. Modeling would be a nice addition ( mohaa basics only ) HUD and Menus could be added also.

Everything you need to start mapping is right here on MohFiles. The tools necessary, are of course the SDK (mohradient), Mbuilder and Pakscape. A simple word processor like word pad can be use to create and edit your script/shader files. The tutorials here are quite extensive and cover not only the correct way to install mohraident and Mbuilder, but start with easy to follow "building your 1st room". Intermediate and advance tutorials are complete and accurate and allow you really bring your map to life with such things are objectives, rain or snow, music, sound, elevators, ladders, rotating doors..and custom textures. The links section provides additional links to websites that offer more tutorials, advanced scripting, and my favorite of course is free and plentiful source maps and prefabs..(like recyclebin). There is a lot of current and former mappers that are on the forums here and are always are eager to offer up help when needed. Bobzilla, spearhead mapper 22 dm/tdm maps and counting.
