This mod will make all rifles and snipers have the same weight and speed. They all have 10 shots on a clip with 30 to spare. Every rifle or sniper has a tracer.

Simply place the .pk3 into the Mohaa/Main Folder. (this also works for Spearhead and Breakthrough and Demo's)

This makes all rifles and snipers the same weight and speed, They all have 10 shots on a clip with 30 to spare.  Every rifle or sniper has a tracer. This is a serverside Mod.
