Installation for homestarrunner and strongbad avatars by Robot03
1. First go make sure you dont have any other avatars that people made in the main and mainta folder
2. Go to this folder C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA and place the .pk3 file in the main and mainta folder if you have spearhead 
3. Load up medal of honor allied assault or spearhead and join a game and you will see strongbad for the axis, and homestarrunner for the allies above the players' heads 

Uninstallation
Just take the .pk3 out of the main and mainta folder
