This health meter is made for personal use, but my brother liked it and he encouraged me to bring it on the internet. Also see the screenshots (but I guess you've already done that). The health meter has a little special effect: the middle is a bit transparent. You can see it on the screenshots.

Add a little color to your Health meter, this looks good in game go give it a try.

Here's a small readme file with all the things you need to do and not need to do. And other stuff you might wish to know.

DESCRIPTION

This health meter is made for personal use, but my brother liked it and he encouraged me to bring it on the internet.

Explanation of the screenshots (HP = Health Percent)
SCREENSHOT 1: Full health (blue bar)
SCREENSHOT 2: While he's hurted (falling down to 20 HP)
SCREENSHOT 3: Health flash (blue = restored, yellow = to restore, red = damaged health)

INSTALLATION
---------------
To install the RÐ Health Meter, put the 'RÐ Health Meter.pk3' file into your Main, Mainta or Maintt folder (or all of 
them). Now start your Medal Of Honor, start a good Single Player mission or go find a good Multi Player server, connect,
and enjoy (that last thing isn't really necessary but I would like you to).
There you are. Enjoy it!
