Description:  

This realism mod must be used with realism enabled on the server.  

Here is the cvar: set g_realismmode 1

This mod increases the damage of all the weapons.  The rifles can kill with one shot to the torso, the machine guns can kill with one or two shots to the torso, and the smg's can kill with two to three shots to the torso.  Pistols have also been enhanced to kill with three shots.  The spray of the bullets have not been changed; however, the range has been altered to be more realistic.  This is by no means a realistic faximile of each weapon in the real world, but it evens out the weapons between both sides and makes for swifter kills.
