Today we have a 'mod for a mod' by Walter_E_Kurtz. This little patch is for Sanctuary's excellent GRAA mod which enhances the game with new models, effects, anims, a unique option system allowing you to choose different types of said enhancements and it introduced the High Quality Llaumax head models as a 'standard' into the game which fixed some lag issues. 4Eyes adds wound textures, glasses and some more options for the faces of the units improving GRAA overall.

Here are the features:

Eyes Mod units replace all soldier units (except snipers) and male civilians - they display face wounds and are able to wear glasses.

ENABLE_BIS_FACES option removed. Effectively it is on and cannot be switched off.

New FaceTex2 options - see below.

Additional Resistance model, when ENABLE_ALT_RESIST is NOT selected.

FaceTex2 Options

If you have downloaded the 4Eyes Mod version of FaceTex2 (including the texture pack), you may enable these options by removing the // comments at the start of the line.

NB. These options will conflict with the setIdentity command, if it is used in a mission.

//#define ENABLE_FACETEX_CIV inactive

#define ENABLE_FACETEX_CIV adds possibility of including white FaceTex2 faces to civilians only.

//#define ENABLE_FACETEX_WEST inactive

#define ENABLE_FACETEX_WEST adds possibility of including white and black FaceTex2 faces among west soldiers, crew and officers. Daytime BlackOps have camouflaged (mixed white, black, asian & hispanic) faces.

//#define ENABLE_FACETEX_EAST inactive

#define ENABLE_FACETEX_EAST adds possibility of Russian faces appearing on east soldiers and crew, and Russian leader faces on officers. Daytime SpetzNatz have camouflaged caucasian faces.

//#define ENABLE_FACETEX_RES inactive

#define ENABLE_FACETEX_RES adds possibility of white FaceTex2 faces appearing amongst all Resistance units.

This is a beta of the 4Eyes Mod for Sanctuary's GRAA 3.

I suggest you install it separately from GRAA 3, so that you may revert if necessary.

Please see the overview-final image to see how I have it installed.

In my OperationFlashpoint folder, I have:

	@GRAA_4Eyes	containing my addons and binconfig.cpp & resource.cpp

	@GRAA_Orig	containing the original GRAA binconfig.cpp & resource.cpp

	@GRAA_Shared	containing all GRAA addons and data


Please view the launcher image.

	by selecting 	@GRAA_4Eyes and @GRAA_shared, I play the 4Eyes Mod

	by selecting 	@GRAA_Orig and @GRAA_shared, I play GRAA 3
