Alright there isn't much I can say about this file besides it is needed to play on the BDA servers that seem very popular so I am just going to quote what General Rommel said about it.

(this file) Contains the Addon files of CBT,VS, and FCM needed to play on the ever so popular BDA server.

When I mean its popular it ALWAYS has people playing and they have some great admins. The server is in the US.
