INSTALLATION 1.Open @Farmland.rar using WinRAR 2.After opening it, click the "Extract To" button and locate you Operation Flashpoint folder. (Default is: C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint) 3. Click "ok" and the files will be extracted to that location. Now go to Operation Flashpoint folder and you should find a @Farmland folder, get inside! Now you found three game subdirectories [\Addons, \Bin and \DTA] , a ico file and a shortcut*. The shortcut should be placed in your desktop and to start your Operation Farmland Mod it is easy, you just have to press on it. 4.There is also in the pack a mission_tuts folder to explain how to operate some issues. Some notes about Island issues: Snakeville town _______________ Snakeville is dedicated to snake7777777 (firstname.lastname@example.org) that is my* favourite wrp creator and has used my name in his fabulous Snake Island. The entire town of Snakeville is my tribute to him ;) *MiG The Airport ___________ Farmland Airport is AI friendly and planes can take off and land very easily. The airport was tested using all BIS planes. crop circles ____________ There are strange land marks spread in the Island. Probably alien stuff? The Swamp _________ This is my 1st attempt to create a swamp so expect expect many bugs on this :P Game Logics* (important) ________________________ You can use several types of easy** Game Logics from the mission editor game logic menu: 1-"Animated Objects" Game Logic places in the mission all the animated objects such as: - the research base; - the airport radar; - the windmills; - the mall fountain; - the mall elevator. 2-"Start Lighthouses" Game Logic must be used only at night and creates a realistic light effect in some lighthouses. 3-"Airport Runway Lights" Game Logic must be used only at night and when needed (causes some lag) and creates a realistic light effect in the Airport Runway. 4-"Seagulls" Game Logic must be used during the day and places seagulls around the island. 5-"Bats" Game Logic must be used during the night and places bats around some castles. 6-"Snow locations" Game Logic uses Kegety's snow script and creates snow in the higher locations. 7-"Swamp water effects" creates bubbles effect in the swamp water. 8-"Swamp Weather" creates a foggy environment in the swamp (only). 9-"Blackout" creates a energy cut in the entire island and starts the generators in the army bases and in the mall. 10-"Tower Blinking Lights" Should be used in the night missions and creates a blinking light effect in the radio towers. *To avoid a big list of scripting credits here and might forget anyone all scripting credits are given in the sqs files. **In the pack there are several missions to show how to use this game logics. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- NOTE: Operation Farmland wont take any responsability for any lost or damage of information, hardware, software, etc. caused directly or indirectly by this Pack.
