-3 Sides: Kossians, Feldish, and Natives -Each side with its own distinct traits -Hats fall off -Weapons dropped when killed -Arrows and spears stick out of ground -Units gain "skill" when aquire kills (no editing required in editor) -Some units can see and extremely well -See cannon balls out of cannon -AI uses bayonet and spears in melee combat -You actually need compass map and watch object to view those items in game -If you do not want to use the above feature, type in "xrFeldinit = 0" (without the quotes) in an init field -Soldiers have 14 inventory slots -some pistol mags can be stored in primary inventory -TNT bounces on ground till it blows up -Casualties can be tracked for each side by counting the variables WCasualtyList, ECasualtyList, RCasualtyList and dividing it by 2 (RCasualtyList/2). These are arrays, they put out the dead soldiers name and unit type. -No more parachutes. Jump out over water at a slow speed or die. -9 music Tracks

Feld Mod





Thanks for downloading the Feldish mod. This project was pretty much just a one man project, but I have been granted permissions to use other peoples addons in this mod. Please look over the credits. 



Installation 
Here are the steps to successfully install the mod. 


1.Open Feld.rar


2.In WinRar click the Extract To button and locate you Operation Flashpoint folder. 
(Default: C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint)


3. Click ok and the files will be extracted. Now goto your Operation Flashpoint folder and you should see a Feld folder, go into the Feld folder.
All the files come in a single folder named Feld, it contains three game subdirectories,\Addons, \Bin and \DTA 
Put that folder into your in your OFP directory. 

4. Follow the instructions below to set up the shortcut that will launch the mod.
Create a shortcut on your desktop that launches OFPResistance, open that shortcut, go to properties
and add the line -mod=feld.
The Line should read now: "C:\Program Files\OperationFlashpoint\FLASHPOINTRESISTANCE.EXE" -mod=feld
OFP will now launch with all the proper addons and animations.



5. You are now ready to play the Feld mod 


Note: Using the Feld mod with any other mod is not advised.


Features 


The three sides in this mod are obviously fictional. I made them up based on random ideas as I made the mod. I started this project 1 or 2 years ago and stopped. Just recently I came across it again on a burned cd. A friend and I played it on multiplayer, and not only was almost everything in the mod multiplayer compatiable, it was a blast. So I continued and expanded on the mod. Now for some info on the Sides. The Kossians were the first units I made. I decided they were going to be a third world oriental nation, poorly armed, but vicous on the battle field. I coulndt think of much to make for them. They were named after my head phones, Koss. As for the Feldish, They are more of a industrial european nation, hungry for land. Lots of stuff for them. As for the natives. They are, well the native people of the land. They are often caught between the Kossians and the Feldish combat. Thats about it. My models that I made and textured are not that good. But to me its not the graphics that matter, its the game play.
