This project is named "Alone At War - Offlag" and consists per today 3 finished maps. There will come 2 more maps before "Offlag-series" will be finished.
This is a large outdoor project and it was hard to manage low polys. Expect about 20.000 in same places or more Hm
BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - BETA - ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////7 RTCW - Single Player Map Alone At War - Offlag, levels 1,2,3 more to come ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////7 This project is named "Alone At War - Offlag" and consists per today 3 finished maps. There will come 2 more maps before "Offlag-series" will be finished. This is a large outdoor project and it was hard to manage low polys. Expect about 20.000 in same places or more....... Hm..... I hope all is included in pk3 file with sounds. When I tried to play in on comp in my job, contrast vas very big on this maps, but I have bad graphic card at job. Installation: You MUST put pk3 file and aaw.bat file into "AAW" directory under your "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" directory. Not under "main" directory C:\yourdir\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\aaw Or C:\program files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\aaw Depends where you have installed RTCW Start the game by batch file "aaw.bat" Know bugs: 1. Fellow prisoners AI after some time can go crazy and run between ai-markers - this is not of any danger for you 2. If you kill nazi, which wanted cast grenade at you, and he drops grenade, don't pick it up. If you do and try to use it, game along with your comp will crash.... At least under win 98 Good Luck and thank you KoS [email protected] 01.06.2002 Grab it here (17Mb.): http://www.fonn.no/kristoffer/sp-aaw-beta_levels_1_2_3.zip ------------------------- Some get confused with installation so I will explain it again: You just make directory "aaw" under Return to Castle Wolfenstein" directory and put there pk3 file + aaw.bat file start game with aaw.bat file It's important that directory "aaw" will be under your "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" directory. Such directory you get if you don't modify paths when you install original RTCW. On my comp I have RTCW in: c:\Program files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein just add directory "aaw" to it c:\Program files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\aaw and put pk3 + aaw.bat file there and start with aaw.bat Thanks to all at Tram Design forum http://www.planetwolfenstein.com/tramdesign Resources: RTCW prefabs: - Military shelf by mike hartwig Aka Grunt ([email protected]) - Barrel by mike hartwig Aka Grunt - Hanging clouds by Grunt - Bunker by mike hartwig Aka Grunt Q3/RTCW Models: - Celtic Cross by Oak - [email protected] http://www.planetquake.com/OakShiro/ - Flame Lord by AlphaWolf - Coffin by Tamara "Ophelia" Crossley [email protected] - Skeletons Model Add-on for Quake 3: Arena by Kevin Kolk aka Cyber [email protected], http://www.accn.org/~kkolk/ - Multiplant.pk3 - .md3, texture, and shadier files by Todd Gentler Copyright (c) 2000 http://i.am/professorQ3 Sounds: - Leaves1, leaves2, leaves3, leaves4 by Todd gentler - [email protected] Return to Castle Wolfe stein(R), QUAKE(R) and QUAKE III Arena(R) are registered trademarks of id Software, Inc.
