This custom XP login screen features three Venom Soldiers. You'll need an application called XP LogonUI, you can grab it here.
XP LogonUI makes the task of swaping logonui screens easy. Simply select a new logonui file and you're set! You can even preview your logon screens before selecting the one you want.
