This wicked file goes into the \Main folder of your game (the one which has other .pk3 files). Just copy it there and enjoy the view. 

To uninstall just delete mp_paknewnazi.pk3 from your \Main folder.

That's exactly what I imagined nazis when first studied World War II in primary school ..
