This is a modified version of the Elite Guard skin that loses those sexy little little leather suits they wear. Also, go ahead and tell me I'm perverted. But it won't be anything new :)
Plus, in 3 days the Toppless Elite skin I released had 500 downloads.. so I guess I'm not the only one.

Thanks to: Id <--they rock, Activision, Grey Matter, Nerve and whoever else worked on RTCW. I was waiting for someone to use the Q3A engine like this.
