RTCW 1.33 Manual Upgrade

This file is an update to 1.33 without the registry path check so ppl who installed new os and dont have the regkey (i dont mean mp gamekey) can install it. it again after installing win2k.

This patch does the same like the official but it let the user choose the destination dir instead of the patch looking for an installation path in the windows registry.

The developer, although has tested this and assures us that it works, claims NO RESPONSIBILITY or fault if this messes up your system, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
