It's not an official photo mode, of course, but one fan of the game, Jim2point0, has manged to create his own by using Cheat Engine.

It makes sense, given how amazing this game looks, so it was weird that it didn't feature a photo mode. Using Cheat Engine, Jim has managed to use Cheat Engine to create his own photo mode, and he's even released the code he used with it to make it work, so you can start making some snaps for yourself.

It even lets you hide the HUD, alter the field of view, and freeze time to get the perfect shot.
